Sprinkle on all sides of meat 1 hour prior to cooking. Bulk packed 25 lbs. (11.4 kg) per box. What is Porketta? Originating from Italy, porketta is a type of pork roulade with seasonings and herbs. Our porketta seasoning is also great on any roast pork or pork chops.

Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Dehydrated Garlic, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Paprika Extract (color), Soybean Oil, and not more than 2% Silicone Dioxide (added to prevent caking).
