About Harvey’s Seasonings

Harvey’s bulk seasonings are made for professional meat specialists. From pitmasters to meat packers, sausage makers, butcher shops and meat counters, Harvey’s bulk meat seasonings deliver on reliable, hometown flavor that keeps customers coming back.

Harvey’s is part of the Kasco LLC family. Headquartered in St. Louis, Kasco specializes in cutting and serving supplies for the meat industry, as well as band saw blades for the wood industry. We’ve been around butchers and meat packers for well over a century now (since 1901 in fact), and we’ve learned quite a bit along the way.

Being in St. Louis (a.k.a. “The Lou”) has its advantages. St. Louis, known as the “Gateway to the West” is also the gateway to flavor from all directions like Kansas City, Memphis barbecue, and even French Cajun, sparked by French settlers and fur trades up and down the Mississippi from New Orleans, Louisiana. With large German and Italian settlements, came a love of bratwursts and beer, salami and mostaccioli. Just about every neighborhood has at least one BBQ place that neighbors rave about.

On top of the St. Louis influence, we have a staff of weekend grill warriors, meat enthusiasts, and all-around foodies. We love food, and weekend BBQ could almost be considered a sport here. Needless to say, all this translates into an obsession for excellent meat flavorings. While those of you that buy from us are our customers, we are also your customers. We know what tastes good, and we know what sells. We’ve packaged all the hometown flavor into an assortment of tried-and-true meat seasonings and BBQ rubs that your customers are sure to love. Because we do.
